An emotionally profound gift given by a couple married late in life to friends at their beach-side wedding party. The poem was inspired by the artwork, originally a four-foot-long 13th-century Chinese hand scroll, and written in honor of the groom in friendship many years ago. The text was set in Centaur and Arrighi by hand and printed on inkjet reproductions of the hand scroll. The two panels were then bound together using a Japanese four-hole binding technique.
